  • We go to great lengths to ensure the quality, uniqueness, and overall appeal of each of our products. If you are unhappy with any purchase, please contact us right away we will do our best to make things right!
  • If you have any questions or would like to make a return or exchange, please email us at sugarbugdesigns@yahoo.com and we will respond to your inquiry promptly.
  • We ask that you please return your item within 14 days of receiving it. Returned items should be in perfect unused condition and complete with all the product packaging. If we receive your return and the above conditions are met, we will give you a full refund, less shipping charges. Unfortunately, if we don’t receive returned items within the 14 day period we are unable to honor your return.
  • Due to the limited quantities available in each collection, we are able to process exchanges only when a comparable item is still available. Exchanges will be processed within 3-4 days of receipt. If the item you are returning or exchanging is defective, please let us know immediately via email prior to sending your item back. With any defective items, all shipping and handling charges will be refunded as well. Please note that all items are carefully inspected for quality at Sugarbug Designs prior to shipping.
  • We ask that you retain tracking information and insure your package when returning goods, as we cannot be responsible for products that do not reach us.
  • Please enclose an email address and phone number with your return.
  • We will arrange for your refund upon receipt of the goods, and will contact you to let you know that your refund has been arranged.
